Nivaanta.com is an online platform that connects property seekers with real estate agents and agencies through verified property listings.
We do not sell properties directly or charge visitors for browsing listings.
Payments made to Nivaanta are only for:
Property listing or subscription plans
Featured or promotional listing upgrades
Lead-sharing and marketing services
Refunds are applicable only in specific situations, such as:
Duplicate payment for the same service or package
Technical errors during payment processing leading to an incorrect charge
Service not activated within 5 business days after successful payment (due to a delay on our end)
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of payment and include valid proof of transaction.
The following payments are non-refundable:
Activated listing or lead-sharing packages
Featured or promotional listings once live
Partially used or expired subscription plans
Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
As our services are digital and performance-based, refunds cannot be issued once a service has started or leads have been shared.
If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
To initiate a refund, please email support@nivaanta.com with the subject line:
“Refund Request – [Your Registered Email / Transaction ID]”.
Nivaanta does not control or manage payments made directly between property seekers and agents/agencies.
All such financial dealings are outside Nivaanta’s responsibility, and we cannot provide refunds or dispute resolutions for those transactions.
